Released version Yandex Browser for Linux users

Today Yandex Browser Beta updated to the new version 14.10, which tested several fairly major innovations. This release marks the availability of the web browser of the Russian Internet companies for users of the operating system GNU / Linux.

Yandex Browser is closed software, based on the code base Chromium from Google. Specialists Yandex says that “the current assembly of the product under Linux - it’s almost the same Yandex Browser as on Windows or OS X”.

The main difference Linux-version - no preset plugin Flash Player. However, it is reported that the browser supports packet pepperflashplayer-nonfree, available in the standard repositories Ubuntu.
